Introduction

Desaign is operated by WOULDNTLIKE STUDIO LLC ("we," "us," or "our"). Effective date: July 2, 2026.

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the Desaign mobile application ("Desaign" or the "App"), operated by WOULDNTLIKE STUDIO LLC. By using Desaign, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use Desaign. By using the App, you represent that you meet this requirement and that any information you provide is accurate.

2. Your Account

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activity under it. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use. You may delete your account at any time in the App (Profile → Delete Account).

3. The Service

Desaign lets you generate garment and design mockups from inspiration images and prompts using AI. Design generation is powered by third-party AI services, including OpenAI. Output quality and results are not guaranteed and may vary.

4. Credits, Subscriptions, and Payments

  • Free credits. New accounts may receive free credits, which can be used to generate designs. Free credits have no cash value.
  • Subscriptions and credit purchases. Paid subscriptions and credit packs are sold through the Apple App Store and managed via our payments provider. Pricing and terms are shown at the point of purchase.
  • Auto-renewal. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can manage or cancel your subscription in your App Store account settings.
  • Restore purchases. You can restore previous purchases in the App.
  • Refunds. Purchases are handled by Apple and are subject to Apple's refund policies. We do not directly process refunds.

Not all Apple-specific payment requirements may be reflected here, and they should be confirmed against Apple's current App Store terms.

5. Your Content and Responsibilities

Your uploads. You retain ownership of the images and content you upload. By uploading, you grant us and our service providers the right to process that content solely to provide the App's functionality.

Acceptable use. You agree not to upload content that infringes others' intellectual property, is unlawful, or violates the rights of others. You are solely responsible for the content you upload and the designs you create and use.

Intellectual property risk. Designs inspired by or resembling existing brands, logos, or copyrighted works may carry legal risk. You are responsible for ensuring your use of any generated design is lawful. Non-commercial use is not a legal shield against infringement claims.

6. Generated Content

Subject to these Terms and your compliance with them, you may use the designs you generate. However, AI-generated output may unintentionally resemble existing works, and we make no warranty that generated content is free of third-party rights. Use generated content at your own risk.

7. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code or proprietary prompts from the App.
  • Use the App to generate unlawful, infringing, harmful, or abusive content.
  • Circumvent credit, subscription, or usage limits.
  • Interfere with or disrupt the App or its infrastructure.

8. Third-Party Services

The App relies on third-party services (including OpenAI, Supabase, RevenueCat, Apple, and Google). Your use of the App is also subject to those providers' terms where applicable. We are not responsible for third-party services.

9. Disclaimers

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that generated results will meet your expectations.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, WOULDNTLIKE STUDIO LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or data, arising from your use of the App. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless WOULDNTLIKE STUDIO LLC from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your content, your use of the App, or your violation of these Terms — including claims that your uploaded content or generated designs infringe third-party rights.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms. You may stop using the App and delete your account at any time.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. The appropriate governing law and venue should be confirmed with legal counsel.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will update the effective date and, where appropriate, notify you in the App. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
